How do AI usage credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI usage credits. When your workflows run and use AI models, they consume credits based on token usage (input and output). Credits are non-transferable between months. Unused credits don't roll over, but your plan resets each month.
Can I bring my own AI provider API keys (BYOK)?
Yes, Enterprise customers can bring their own API keys for any AI provider. This gives you direct control over costs and eliminates our margin. You're billed directly by the provider for all usage. Contact our sales team to set up BYOK.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Our pricing is based on the number of workflows you can create, not the number of people on your team. You can have unlimited reviewers, approvers, and stakeholders without additional per-seat fees.
How do you handle data security and compliance?
All plans include standard audit logs. Growth plans get full audit log export. Enterprise customers get SOC 2 reports, custom Data Processing Agreements (DPA), VPC deployment options, and data residency guarantees. We handle security and compliance seriously because our customers have to.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If you cancel, you'll have access until the end of your current billing cycle. No lock-in, no penalties.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Growth plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required for the first 7 days. After that, we'll charge your card at the plan's price unless you cancel. You get full access to all plan features during the trial.
